Growing up, Cindy spent weekends with her dad viewing residential and commercial properties, which planted the seed for her interest in real estate.
As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ / Queer community, she takes pride in representing this community and their families.
She spent a decade working in higher education, specifically in Student Affairs, focused on serving others and building lasting relationships. Buying or selling a home can feel stressful; her goal is to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and summiting 14ers around Colorado. Languages spoken: English and Cantonese.

Gina McAndrews brings real estate experience and deep personal roots in Northern Colorado to The Nixon Team at RE/MAX Alliance. Having lived in Northern Colorado for decades, she has family and rental properties here and now splits her time between Northern Colorado and Iowa. She added her Colorado real estate license in 2026, expanding on her experience serving clients in Iowa.
Gina believes great service starts with understanding each client's goals. Her business has grown through referrals, with an emphasis on personal attention and guidance throughout the buying and selling process. Her experience owning rental properties also gives her a practical perspective on homeownership and real estate investment.

Kendra Yackey
REALTOR®
Originally from Oklahoma, Kendra and her family moved to Colorado in 2010. After graduating from Greeley Central, she moved to Fort Collins but soon missed the small-town feel of Greeley and came back home.
Before real estate, she worked in the veterinary industry caring for animals and building relationships with pet owners. That same care carries into her work as an agent: connecting with clients and tailoring the experience to each person's needs so they feel comfortable and well supported.
When she is not working, you can usually find her and her husband in the mountains camping and riding four-wheelers, or at a nearby race track. They also enjoy time in the garage on her husband's latest project and chasing their four dogs.
