Nixon for Heroes offers savings for eligible buyers and sellers among military, veterans, first responders, teachers, healthcare workers, and the teams that support them. Ask Chad for details on your transaction: credit amounts and commission reductions vary.
How it works
Eligible buyers may receive a portion of our commission as a credit toward eligible closing costs. Eligible sellers may receive a reduced listing commission with full representation from The Nixon Team. Mention Nixon for Heroes when you reach out so we can walk through what applies to your purchase or sale.

Chad holds the Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS) designation, which supports work with military relocation timelines and needs. CMRS is training: not, by itself, a promise of a specific Heroes benefit.
